She did it!!!

Well, it only took 3 weeks, a lot of kicking, crying and screaming but Isabelle is finally potty trained. YEAH!! I will say it was the worst 3 weeks of my life, but we got through it. Yes, I did try to do this a long time ago, (way too early) but there's nothing like a new baby to help you realize how gross changing an almost 3 year old is. She was very stubborn and even went so far as to poop right on my wood floor, but I won in the end, she totally caved and now I think she's much happier. She's still having night problems, but we're working on it. If I have to wake her up every night to pee before I go to bed, so be it. The pull ups aren't working because she's getting confused. Anyway, I'm soooooo happy it's over cause if she had one more accident, I was going to lose it!!

Congrats! Great job Izzy (and Hill):)
I think I need to work on potty training AJ but I just don't feel cleaning after all these accidents.

Izzy is soooo cute!

Congratulations! I keep thinking about it with Taylor, but I'm not quite that brave yet. Soon. So, we tried those rubber diaper covers (from the 70's and cloth diapers) and it helped contain the mess at night. That way they are still in the underwear, but it is not quite as messy. I know, just one more unwanted suggestion. ;-)

Yay for Izzy! No more poop scooping for you. That should make things a little easier. :)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the first picture is on the verge of child porn.

The authorities have been notified.

Yay for you! It really is so gross changing toddlers, I'm already getting sick of changing Joshua and he's not quite 15 months. Ethan still wears diapers to bed and in the car, but as long as it's not smelly I don't care!

Woo hoo! I can't imagine how happy you must feel to only have one kid-bum to change. Way to go BOTH of you!
