Izzy and Dad

I took this picture the other day when Izzy was having a bad day. For those of you who don't know, she never did like Binky's, so when she was about 6 months old she decided to suck on her favorite blue blanket instead. As you can see, she still uses it like a pacifier. I'm not sure how long they suggest you let them suck on a blanket, since I don't think it's a common practice. I thought these guys just looked cute together. I'm currently trying to get her on video talking. I taught her how to say her name the other day and it's pretty funny, so if I can get her to do it for me I'll post it soon.

Great picture. They definitely look related. I LOVE Izzy's curly hair.
Oh and I love your topper. Did you do that? It's beautiful.

PS: I only update my blog so often because I have grandparents in Italy who need their daily dose of Hailey...sometimes it feels like overkill but they're happy!

you better not let your daughter suck on her blanket, I've herad that it can cause buck teeth and cross eye's

Hey, I sucked on my blanket too! Good for her. I had a very soft blankie that had those 70's satin edges - oh soooo good. It finally fell apart and my mom threw it away. So sad. And, no offence anonymous - I don't have buck teeth or cross eyes!

One of my nieces is 4 years old and still walks around with her security blanket. It's in pieces now but she still is attached to it.
It's a very cute picture!

Hillary,
I found your blog through Nikki S.'s blog. I am very much a blog hopper. It looks like your family is doing well. (This is Kasey "Roundy" by the way). I'll have to let Tara know I stumbled upon your blog!

Hi Harrison family. It has been such a long time. I can't believe how big your baby is! The last time I saw you guys you were still pregnant. I've heard a lot of news from Tessa and saw pictures of your baby but she is so big now! How are you guys doing?
Oh Hillary I found a picture of you from a few halloweens ago when you dressed up as a cheerleader at church it was so funny! :)

Hey!! So glad you found us on here! I was laughing (but also a bit shocked) when Tessa was telling me how many similar experiences you and I have had...crazy! I'm sad that we've never really lived near each other. I'm excited to see you guys in a few weeks and to meet Izzy- she's a doll!
On a side note, I feel your pain when it comes to the upcoming elections. AZ is in rough shape. I could never vote for McCain. :)
